JUDGMENT : S.P.Garg, J. 1. The present appeal is directed against the judgment dated 21.03.2011 and order on sentence dated 22.03.2011 of Ld.ASJ in SC No. 18/2009 by which he was convicted for committing the offence punishable under Section 302 IPC and sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life with a fine of Rs. 2000/-.
