ORDER 12th Supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the C.C.L. It is submitted on behalf of the C.C.L. that a High Level Meeting was convened and the matter was discussed in presence of the Principal Secretary(Home), Government of Jharkhand for extending support to the C.C.L. for the purpose of removing encroachment in the C.C.L. area. 2. It is submitted that in the case of BCCL some criminal cases have been filed against the officers of the BCCL only because of taking steps for removal of the encroachments. 3. Learned counsel for the BCCL and CCL has submitted that the Company has already filed its stand on the report of the CAG and the objections raised in the report with respect to the subject of encroachment and spending money for encroachers. 4. We have already noticed that the HEC and Bokaro Steel Ltd. have already submitted their comment on the report of the CAG. 5. Learned counsel for the C.B.I submitted that he may be given two weeks time to file progress report in the matter. 6. Learned counsel for the CAG submitted that reply of the State may be needed in view of the replies filed by the CCL and BCCL. If the State wants to file reply they may file the reply. 7. In view of the request of the learned counsel for the C.B.I, put up this case in the month of September, 2012.
