Judgment 1. This writ petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents herein, their men, subordinates and other persons claiming through them from, in any manner, shifting the Indian Made Foreign Liquor, Shop No.661, of Chennai South Region, and the Bar attached therewith, from the premises bearing Door No.2 and 1A of Venkatraman Salai, Choolai Pallam, MGR Nagar, Chennai. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted, on instructions, that there is no proposal to shift the Indian Made Foreign Liquor shop, bearing shop No.661 and the bar attached to the said shop, at present. 3. In view of the said submission being made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, since, no further orders are necessary, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
