Judgment :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that the writ petitions may be dismissed, as withdrawn. He had also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the endorsement made on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petitions are dismissed, as withdrawn. No costs. Connected M.P.Nos.1, 1 and 1 of 2012 are closed.
