Judgment :- ELIPE DHARMA RAO, J. 1. When the writ appeals came up for consideration on 28.02.2012, there is no representation by the appellants either in person or through any counsel and hence, it was adjourned to 06.03.2012, on which date also, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants. Hence, the writ appeals were directed to be posted today under the caption, 'for dismissal'. Even today also, there is no representation by the appellants either in person or through any counsel. 2. In view of the above, the writ appeals are dismissed for non-prosecution. However, there will be no order as to costs.
