Judgment :- 1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to take appropriate steps to evict the respondents 12 to 15 from plot No.6, in R.S.No.221pt 224pt and 215 pt of Ingur village. 2. The main contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that she has been expelled from the partnership firm, by name Colour Line Process, by the respondents 4 to 1l, without obtaining the prior sanction from the first respondent. It had also been stated that the respondents 12 to 15 had been inducted into the partnership firm, illegally. 3. Per contra, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent had submitted that the writ petition relates to a private dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 15 and therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable. 4. From the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, it is clear that the matter relates to a dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 15, relating to a partnership firm. 5. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not been in a position to show as to how the writ petition is maintainable, before this Court, in respect of the issues raised in the present writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it would be open to the petitioner to agitate the matter before the appropriate forum or authority, in the manner known to law. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2012 is closed.
