Judgment :- 1. Invoking Article 227 of the Constitution of India, plaintiffs have filed this revision petition seeking direction to the II Additional District Munsif Court, Puducherry to pass orders in the application - I.A.No.2565 of 2007 in I..No.1160 of 2004 in O.S.No.272 of 2004. 2. Having regard to the limited scope in this revision petition, it is not necessary to refer to the pleadings and prayer in the interlocutory applications. Suffice it to direct the trial Court to take up the suit in O.S.No.272 of 2004 for trial and dispose of the same. 3. Accordingly, the trial Court/ II Additional District Munsif's Court, Puducherry is directed to take up the suit in O.S.No.272 of 2004 for trial and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4. With this observation, the civil revision petition is disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs.
