Judgment :- 1. Invoking Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the revision petitioner filed the revision seeking for a direction restraining the respondents from demolishing the suit schedule property till the disposal of I.A.No.8626 of 2010 in O.S.No.4308 of 2010 on the file of VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. 2. When the revision petition came up for hearing, learned counsel for revision petitioner has stated that the parties have already settled the matter and the revision petitioner is not pressing the revision petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3. In view of the endorsement made, the revision petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed and interim stay granted on 2.6.2010 is vacated.
