Judgment :- 1. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that the writ petitions may be dismissed, as withdrawn. He had also submitted a letter, dated 22.3.2012, to that effect. 2. In view of the said letter, dated 22.3.2012, the writ petitions stand dismissed, as withdrawn. No costs. Connected M.P.Nos.1, 1 and 1 of 2006 and M.P.No.2 of 2006 are closed.
