Judgment :- 1. This revision arises out of the order dated 29.4.2010 made in I.A.No.14 of 2010 in P.O.P.No.1 of 2010 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Ranipet granting interim order. 2. Defendants No.4 and 5 are the revision petitioners. When the revision petition came up for hearing, learned counsel for revision petitioners made an endorsement that she may be permitted to withdraw the civil revision petition. 3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioners, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
