Judgment :- 1. This revision arises out of the order dated 11.1.2010 made in I.A.No.45 of 2010 in O.S.No.14 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif's Court, Tiruvallur. 2. When the revision petition came up for hearing, Mr.V.Chandra Kanthan, learned counsel for revision petitioners made an endorsement stating that the revision petitioners are not pressing the revision petition. 3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioners, the civil revision petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
