Judgment :- 1. The writ petition is filed for a mandamus forbearing the respondents from proceeding with any road formation in the land coming within Survey No.68/1, 68/5, 55/4 & 52/6 in Satarai Village No.123, Thiruvallur Taluk, belonging to the petitioner and restraining the respondents from interfering with the normal agricultural operations in the said land. 2. Normally this Court would have called upon the petitioner to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief. However considering the fact that the writ petition was filed in the year 2002 and admitted and notice has been sent to the respondents and after hearing the submission of Mr.N.Sampath, learned counsel for the third respondent who stated that the respondents would proceed with the matter by following the due process of law, the writ petition is disposed of recording the said submission. The petitioner, if aggrieved, is entitled to make further representation to the authority, if he so desires. No costs.
