Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsels appearing for both sides. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents had placed before this Court a communication from the third respondent, dated 20.3.2012, stating that he would survey the lands in question within a period of ten days, based on the request made by the petitioner. 3. In view of the said submissions made in the communication of the third respondent, dated 20.3.2012, since, no further orders are necessary, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2012 is closed.
