ORDER : Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J. This contempt application has been filed alleging breach of the order dated 19.7.2011 passed in L.P.A. No. 73 of 2009 and other analogous cases reported in 2011 (4) PLJR (552) (Kishore Kumar v. State of Bihar). 2. By the said order this Court had directed that if the appellants so choose they might agitate before the Chief Secretary for their respective rights. This Court had further directed that if the appellants agitate their rights before the Chief Secretary then the Chief Secretary shall pass a reasoned order. 3. A show cause reply has been filed on behalf of opposite parties no. 9 to 14, bringing on record an order dated 04.04.2012 passed by the Chief Secretary, Bihar in pursuance of the order dated 19.07.2011 passed in L.P.A. No. 73 of 2009 and other analogous cases. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, has disputed the correctness of the order passed by the Chief Secretary dated 04.04.2012. 5. In view of the fact that the Chief Secretary has already passed the order in compliance of the order of this Court passed in L.P.A. No. 73 of 2009, we are not inclined to proceed with the matter any further. The contempt application is accordingly dropped. The petitioner will be, however, at the liberty to approach appropriate Authority/Forum against the order dated 04.04.2012, if so advised. 6. This M.J.C. is accordingly disposed of.
