Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent. 2. At this stage of the hearing of these writ petitions, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted, on instructions, that the respondent would convene a timing conference, in accordance with Rule 248 of the Tamil Nadu Motor Vehicles Rules, on 06.04.2012. 3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, since, no further orders are necessary, these writ petitions stand closed. No costs.
