Hon'ble Sudhir Agarwal, J.— Writ petition is directed against the order dated 29.4.1997 passed by Vth Addl. Civil Judge, (Junior Division) Sultanpur and the order dated 30.8.2001 passed by Vth Addl. District Judge, Sultanpur. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner could not point out any error apparent on face of record in the orders impugned in this writ petition warranting interference. 3. However, since at the time of entertaining this writ petitioner, an interim order was passed on 24.11.2001 directing the respondents not to demolish the existing constructions and petitioner was also directed not to raise any further construction and it is also stated that the Original Suit is still pending, though it was filed in 1995 being Original Suit No. 1039 of 1995. In this view of the mater, the Trial Court is directed to endeavour to decide the Original Suit itself within one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before it, subject to other business of Court. 4. Till then, parties shall maintain status quo. 5. With the above observation/direction, writ petition is disposed of. _
