Judgment :- 1. When the matter was listed on 5.1.2012, Mr.N.Paul Sunder Singh for M/s.Paul & Paul, learned counsel for the petitioner states that they have given change of vakalat on 11.10.2004 and requests this Court to remove their names from the cause list. The endorsement reads as follows:- "Change of vakalath given to the petitioner on 11.10.2004. Our name may be removed from list as counsel for petitioner." 2. In view of the above endorsement, Registry was directed to verify as to whether any vakalath has been filed and if not print the name of the petitioner and list the matter on 6.1.2012. On 6.1.2012, the name of the petitioner was printed. None appears on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, it was directed to list the matter on 9.1.2012 under the caption "for dismissal". Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner was called. None appears on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. No costs.
