Judgment :- 1. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal revision as the matter has been settled between the parties and he has also made an endorsement to that effect and the learned counsel for the Respondent has also made an endorsement stating this fact. 2. In view of the said endorsement made by both the learned counsels, the criminal revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
