ORDER : We are distressed to note that even a "without prejudice" proposal sent by the learned counsel for the appellants to the learned counsel for SEBI has come on one of the TV channels. Such incidents are increasing by the day. 2. Such reportings not only affect the business sentiments but also interfere in the administration of justice. In the above circumstances, we have requested the learned counsel on both sides to make written application to this Court in the form of an IA so that appropriate orders could be passed by this Court with regard to reporting of matters, which are sub judice. 3. As far as the main matter is concerned, the same is adjourned to 2-3-2012.
