Judgment :- 1. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.4.2012 within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2. Even though the petitioner has submitted his representation to the third respondent on 30.4.2012, the third respondent has not taken any action to dispose of the same, which prompted the petitioner to move this Court for the above direction. 3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.4.2012 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after issuing notice to the petitioner and after conducting enquiry, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. The connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
