Judgment :- 1. Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Municipal Township Commissioner, to desist from causing any disturbance for laying fencing in the land and using the same as play ground for the school children by the petitioner Educational Trust Schools, in the land in S.Nos.210 and 239, in No.24, Vilinjiambakkam Revenue Village, Poonamallee Taluk, Thiruvallur District. 2. Mr.Visakamoorthy, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner sent a legal notice dated 26.3.2012 to the respondent setting out her grievance. Learned Government Advocate states that the authority will consider the said representation in accordance with law as may be directed by this Court. 4. In view of the above submission, without going into the merits of the case of the petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 26.3.2012 on its own merits and in accordance with law preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any view in this matter. 5. The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
