JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. In this revision petition, the petitioner is challenging validity of the order dated 26.7.2011 passed upon an application filed under Order 7 Rule 11(C) C.P.C. by the petitioner, for which, an objection was raised with regard to less Court fees furnished by the respondent-plaintiffs. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the valuation of suit was to be determined on the basis of market rate not on the basis of the value of property, for which, document was executed. 4. The Hon'ble Supreme Court in the judgment rendered in case of Satheedevi v. Prasanna & Anr., reported in 2010 AIR SCW 3754 held that value of property for which document was executed shall be taken into consideration for the purpose of furnishing Court fees in the suit, therefore, while following the above judgment, this revision petition is hereby dismissed. However, it is expected from the trial Court to expedite the trial.Revision Dismissed. *******
