:- ORDER 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the fourth respondent had submitted that the fourth respondent is willing to pay the retiral benefits to the petitioner, as prayed for by him, in the present writ petition. It had been further submitted that a sum of Rs.72,000/-had already been paid to the petitioner and that the balance amount payable to the petitioner shall be paid by the fourth respondent, within a period of eight weeks from today 3. In view of the said submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the fourth respondent, since, no further orders are necessary, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
