JUDGMENT Sudhir Agarwal,J. 1. Heard Sri K.Ajit, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 2. By means of impugned order dated 12.07.2012 passed by Prescribed Authority/Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Rampur in P.A. Case No. 1 of 2011 petitioner's application for impleadment as co-plaintiff has been rejected on the ground that petitioner's claim of co-ownership of property in dispute is still sub-judice. 3. Moreover, the proceedings under U.P. Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972 for ejectment etc. do not determine the title of property in dispute. Once the relationship of landlord and tenant is not disputed, any person who is landlord as per definition of landlord under Section 3(j) can initiate proceedings under aforesaid Act. 4. I do not find any error apparent on the face of record in the impugned orders warranting any interference. 5. Dismissed.
