Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned counsel for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, had submitted that this Court had passed orders on 18.01.2011, in M.P.Nos. 2 to 2 of 2010, in W.P.Nos.14506 of 2010 etc., (batch) permitting the respondents therein, who are the respondents in the present writ petition, to use the new bus stand, at Mettupalayam Road, as well as the Gandhipuram bus stand, at Coimbatore city, while operating from Mettupalayam to Coimbatore city or from Coimbatore city to Mettupalayam and beyond. This Court has also directed that the buses shall stop at the new bus stand, at Mettupalayam Road, so as to enable the passengers to use the transport facilities provided by the Corporations and the private bus operators. 3. He had further submitted that the writ petitioner had submitted a detailed representation to the respondents, on 13.08.2011, requesting the 3rd respondent to implement the order passed by this Court, on 18.01.2011, in M.P.Nos.2 to 2 of 2010, in W.P.Nos.14506 of 2010 etc., batch. As such, the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the representation, dated 13.08.2011, taking into consideration the order passed by this Court, on 18.01.2011, made in M.P.Nos.2 to 2 of 2010, in W.P.Nos.14506 of 2010 etc., (batch). 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondent has no objection for this Court directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.08.2011, and to pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.08.2011, and pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. The writ petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
