CM APPL.No.6165/2012 (exemption) Exemption allowed subject to just exceptions. CM stands disposed of. W.P.(C) No.2852/2012 1. The grievance of the petitioner in instant petition is qua the selection process for the post of Hindi Translator. He appeared in the written examination and interview as well. However, the petitioner has not been selected. Thereafter, the petitioner made representation to the Director, National Institute of Finance Management vide letter dated 09.03.2012, but he did not receive any response from their end. 2. In the facts and circumstances, respondent No.3 is directed to decide the same within six weeks from today. The petitioner is at liberty to file the petition afresh, if he is aggrieved by the decision of the respondent No.3. 3. In the above terms, instant petition stands disposed of. 4. Copy of order be sent to respondent No.3 for compliance.
