Writ petition is directed against the order dated 12th May, 2003 passed by Rent Control and Eviction Officer, Kanpur Nagar in Case No.75 of 2001 declaring vacancy in the shop situated in House No.105/395A, Chamanganj, Kanpur Nagar under Sections 11, 13 and 16 of Uttar Pradesh Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972 (U.P. Act No.13 of 1972) (hereinafter referred to as "Act, 1972") and fixing date for further proceedings for allotment. 3. Having gone through the impugned order as also the pleadings and grounds taken in writ petition, I find no ground to interfere as there is no error apparent on the face of impugned order warranting interference. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. 4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
