(Oral).;— Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to provide adequate security and to protect the lives and liberty of the petitioners at the instance of respondents No.4 to 6. 2. Notice of motion was issued on 08.11.2012. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Nirmal Kumar submits that as per statements of the petitioners recorded by the Police, there is no threat at the instance of private respondents whereas learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier threat was there but still there is a possibility of threat at the instance of private respondents. 3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that in case any threat is there by private respondents, the petitioners are at liberty to move representation to the concerned police authorities and in case such representation is filed, the same be considered and appropriate steps be taken in accordance with law. 4. Disposed of accordingly.
