G.S. Sandhawalia, J. (Oral);— 1. Challenge in the present writ petition is to the show cause notice dated 17.12.2012, issued by respondent No.3, Deputy Commissionercum-Administrator, Jat Educational Society, Hisar, Haryana. 2. A perusal of the show cause notice goes on to show that the petitioner has been asked to submit his representation against the same, within 10 days of the communication, which would be taken into account before passing of the order, failing which, the case shall be decided on merits by the Deputy Commissioner-cum-Administrator, Jat Educational Society, Hisar, Haryana and the personal hearing of the petitioner was fixed for 27.12.2012. 3. Faced with this situation, counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the petition and he shall take all the pleas which he has raised in the writ petition before respondent No.3, Deputy Commissioner-cum-Administrator, Jat Educational Society, Hisar, Haryana. 4. Ordered accordingly. Needless to say that respondent No.3 shall take into consideration all the objections raised by the petitioner and pass an order in accordance with law. 5. Writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
