JUDGMENT 1. - The present bail application has been filed under Section 439, Criminal Procedure Code, on behalf,of the petitioner, who has been arrested in connection with F.I.R. No. 22/2012, registered at the Police Station Mandal, District Bhilwara, for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B, I.P.C. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the case diary. 3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner is the identifying witness on the forged document and has not gained anything from the transaction and the fact that the petitioner is in judicial custody and is not required for investigation, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner deserves to be released on bail. 4. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that petitioner namely Sanjay Sharma, who has been arrested in connection with F.I.R. No. 22/2012, registered at the Police Station Mandal, District Bhilwara, shall be released on bail, provided he executes a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 50,000/- along with two sound and solvent sureties in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial Court for his appearance before that Court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial.Bail application allowed. *******
