JUDGMENT 1. Seeking early disposal of I.A.No.882 of 2011 in O.S.No.560 of 2011 on the file of the First Additional District Munsif of Coimbatore, this civil revision petition is focused. 2. The parties are referred to hereunder according to their litigative status and ranking before the lower Court. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit before this Court that the CRP is focused purely for the purpose of obtaining direction from this Court to the effect that the First Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore should dispose of I.A.No. 882 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible, as according to the learned counsel for the petitioner/plaintiff, the matter is being delayed even though it is an urgent one. 5. As of now, I do not want to pass any remark about the alleged delay imputed by the revision petitioner. It is trite that the I.A. for injunction has to be disposed of as expeditiously as possible. I am of the view that here the prayer is innocuous. Hence, the following direction is issued: The lower Court shall see as to whether I.A.No.882 of 2011 itself could be expeditiously taken up and disposed of separately, and in the alternative, the Court, may think of disposing of the main suit itself as expeditiously as possible, because the prayer in the I.A. as well as in the suit are one and the same virtually. It appears written statement also was filed. As such, the lower Court is directed to concentrate on that and accordingly, act as expeditiously as possible and dispose of the matter, preferably by the end of July 2012. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is ordered. No costs.
