Judgment : Private Tour Operators and their dispute with the Government of India relate only to a small part of the massive Haj operation undertaken by the Government every year. We propose to treat this case as Public Interest Litigation and intend to examine the Haj Policy of the Government of India in all its aspects. We request the Attorney General to assist the Court in this matter. As requested by the Attorney General, put up on February 24, 2012.
