JUDGMENT 1. - Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing order of MAC Tribunal dated 26.03.2010 rejecting application filed by the petitioner under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC seeking impleadment of additional respondent-non claimant to whom as alleged he sold the offending vehicle. 2. Admittedly, the petitioner is the registered owner of the offending vehicle and according to him he has sold the offending vehicle but that cannot be absolved him from its liability and this what the tribunal has considered while rejecting application filed by the petitioner for impeading the alleged owner of the vehicle to whom he sold offending vehicle, under order impugned. 3. This Court has gone through the order impugned and does not find any manifest error being committed by the learned Tribunal which may require interference.Consequently, the petition stands dismissed.Petition Dismissed. *******
