JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioners, who have been arrested in connection with F.I.R. No. 183/2012 registered at the Police Station Neem Ka Thana, Dist. Sikar for the offences under Sections 420 and 406 I.P.C. and Sections 4, 5 and 6 of the Chit Fund Act. 3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and upon a consideration of the arguments advanced at the bar and considering the fact that in number of similar cases registered against the petitioners, the petitioners have been granted bail by the concerned Sessions Court and considering the fact that charge-sheet has been filed in the matter wherein maximum punishment for the offence is seven years and considering the fact that the petitioners are in custody since 10.4.2012, but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is of the opinion that the instant application for bail filed on behalf of the petitioners deserves to be accepted. 4. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that petitioners (1) Mahesh Kumar, (2) Surendra Singh, and (3) Tejpal Singh who have been arrested in connection with F.I.R. No. 183/2012 registered at the Police Station Neem Ka Thana, Dist. Sikar shall be released on bail, provided they execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 50,000/- each along with two sound and solvent sureties in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial Court for their appearance before that Court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial.Bail application allowed. *******
