Judgment :- At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the corrected first year mark sheet statement of the petitioner had already been handed over to the petitioner. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had not refuted that the said mark sheet statement had been received by the petitioner. 3. Therefore, since, no further orders are necessary, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
