JUDGMENT 1. - Having heard the learned counsels for the parties, this Court does not find any ground to interfere with the order dated 29.5.2004 passed by the learned Additional Dist. Judge No.2, Bikaner in Civil Original Suit No.61/2003 whereby the plaintiffs' application under Order 6 Rule 17 C.P.C. was allowed by the learned trial Court, while the defendant's application under Order 7 Rule 11 C.P.C. was rejected. 2. Having heard the learned counsels for the parties and upon going through the reasons assigned by the Court below, this Court is satisfied that the Court below had sufficient reason to allow the said application under Order 6 Rule 17 C.P.C. and rejecting the application under Order 7 Rule 11 C.P.C. 3. Consequently, no interference is called for in the present on petition after five years of impugned order dated 29.5.2004 and the trial might have reached near conclusion and the same is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.Revision Dismissed. *******
