Judgment :- The Learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement that the Writ Petition has become an infructuous one and has prayed for dismissal of the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. 2. Recording the said fact of the Writ Petition becoming an infructuous one, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as an infructuous one. No costs.
