Judgment :- The Learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement that 'the Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence not pressed'. 2. In view of the fact that the present the Writ Petition has become an infructuous one and recording the said fact, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as an infructuous one. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
