Judgment :- 1. The Learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement that the relief sought for in these Writ Petitions no longer survives and hence, prayed for dismissal of the Writ Petitions. Also, the Learned Counsel has made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundles. 2. Recording the aforesaid endorsements, this Court dismisses these Writ Petitions as infructuous ones. No costs.
