Judgment :- 1. This civil revision petition is focussed seeking early disposal of HMOP No.1646 of 2011 on the file of the learned III Additional Family Court, Chennai. 2. Despite printing the name of the respondent, there is no representation. 3. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner placing reliance on the grounds found set out in the CRP, would submit that the wife filed CRP No.658 of 2012 seeking divorce, whereas, the respondent/husband filed FCOP No.1762 of 2011 for restitution of conjugal rights. The grievance of the petitioner according to the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the respondent herein is dragging on the proceedings and suitable direction might be given to the Family Court to dispose of the matter. It appears FCOP No.1646 of 2011 is pending in the III Additional Family Court, Chennai; whereas FCOP No.1762 of 2011 filed by the husband for restitution of conjugal rights is pending in the Court of the I Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai. As such, in all fairness both the matters should be dealt with by one and the same Judge and necessary steps also might be taken in this regard and both the matters shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
