Judgment :- Learned counsel for the Petitioners has made an endorsement in the case bundle to the effect that "Petitioners documents were already registered by the Respondents. Hence, nothing survives in the Writ Petition and it has become an infructuous one". The said endorsement is recorded by this Court. 2. In view of the fact that the Writ Petition has become an infructuous one, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
