Judgment :- 1. The Learned counsel for the Petitioner brings to the notice of this Court that the period of strike specified in the Writ Petition was over. 2. In view of the fact that the period of strike mentioned in the Writ Petition was over, the present Writ Petition has become an infructuous one and accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous one. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
