ORDER : Altamas Kabir and S.S. Nijjar, JJ. - Issue notice. Since all the respondents are represented on caveat, service of notice is dispensed with. The respondents will be entitled to file their respective counter-affidavits within one week; rejoinder, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter. List this matter after three weeks (20-3-2012), at the top of the list, irrespective of other part-heard matter(s). 2. In the meantime, the undertaking which had been given on behalf of the State before the High Court and has been recorded in para 18 of the impugned judgments, Bajrang Lal Sharma v. Salauddin Ahmed, Civil Contempt Petition No. 359 of 2011 in W.P. (C) 8104 of 2008, decided on 23.2.2012 shall continue. Furthermore, the directions contained in the impugned judgments Baj, as also the contempt proceedings before the High Court, shall remain stayed. Order accordingly.
