Judgment :- 1. This Writ Petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to issue house site pattas to the petitioner and to all the other beneficiaries, in respect of the lands in S.No.344/p, Vilankurichi Village, Coimbatore District, which had been acquired by way of a Government Order, in G.O.Ms.No.679 (Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department), dated 22.09.1992. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the third respondent, wherein it has been stated that this Court had passed orders, in similar matters, directing the authority concerned to consider the representation of the persons, who are similarly placed as that of the petitioner. It had also been submitted that an order, dated 25.04.2011, had been passed by this Court, in W.P.No.10223 of 2011 and that this Court may pass similar orders in the present Writ Petition. 3. In view of the above averments made in the counter affidavit, filed on behalf of the third respondent, the petitioner and the other persons, who are similarly placed, are permitted to make individual representations to the second respondent herein, who shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. This Writ Petition is ordered accordingly. No costs.
