By the Court.—The present Writ Petition has been filed, inter-alia, praying for directing the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 not to harass and humiliate the Petitioners, otherwise than in due course of law. 2. From the averments made in the Writ Petition, it appears that First Information Report dated 29-12-2011, under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code has been lodged by the Respondent No. 4. The First Information Report has been registered as Case Crime No. 1064 of 2011. It appears that the investigation pursuant to the said First Information Report is going on. 3. In the circumstances, we are of the view that any direction issued by this Court will hinder the on-going investigation. Therefore, we are not inclined to exercise our Writ Jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed, and the same is accordingly, dismissed.
