Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner had submitted that the petitioner had made a request, on 08.03.2011, for the shifting of the institute to the new premises, along with a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.40,000/-. However, the fourth respondent had not passed any order, till date, based on the request made by the petitioner. 3. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if the fourth respondent viz., the Regional Director, Southern Regional Committee, National Council for Technical Education, is directed to consider the request of the petitioner, for the shifting of the premises of the petitioner Teacher training institute, to the newly constructed building, at Muthukrishnapuram, Elumedu Village, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District, and pass appropriate orders thereon, as per law. 4. The learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents have no objection for this Court, passing an order directing the fourth respondent to consider the request of the petitioner, made on 08.03.2011, and to pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law. In such circumstances, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.03.2011, and pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
