Judgment :- 1. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner informs this Court that the Writ Petition has become an infructuous one. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. 2. Recording the said fact, this Court dismisses the Writ Petition as an infructuous one. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
