Judgment :- 1. Mandamus, directing the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioner, as work Assistants/ Technical Assistants in the respective Panchayat Union from the date of their initial appointment. 2. It is not disputed that the petitioner was not appointed by following process of law, but were inducted in service by way of back door entry. 3. The petitioner worked on NMR basis. Subsequently, instruction were issued for deleting the name of the petitioner from Muster roll, and as a result thereof, petitioner was not allowed to work. 4. The petitioner did not challenge the order of termination from service, but moved this Court for regularising his services, in view of Government Order No.Mu.E2/4800/96 02.9.2006 5. The petitioner has not placed on record the Government instruction under which the petitioner claims regularisation of service, nor any pleadings are forthcoming to make out a case, for regularisation as admittedly petitioners were appointed on daily wage by way of back door entry. No merit. Dismissed. No costs.
