Judgment :- 1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. Recording the said fact and granting permission to withdraw, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected M.P. is also dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
