Judgment :- 1. Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue work order for carrying out the work of laying road in Puliyampatti Village Panchayat, Andipatti Village Panchayat, Paramanandhal Village Panchayat, Theethandampattu Village Panchayat, Anthanur Village Panchayat and Aswanagasuranai Village Panchayat. 2. Ms. V.M. Velumani, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal. 3. The grievance of the petitioner has been expressed in the representation dated 9.3.2012. Copy of the representation along with postal acknowledgment has been filed in the typeset of papers.4. Considering the limited nature of relief sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent authority is directed to consider the representation dated 9.3.2012 of the petitioner, on its own merits and in accordance with law. The Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's claim except to direct the authority to proceed in the matter as per law. The representation to be disposed of at the earliest, preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
